Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

6 or more chops
1 can mushroom soup
salt and pepper
prepared mustard
flour
oil
Preparation

Salt and pepper pork chops. Spread mustard on each side. Roll in flour. Brown in oil. Place in casserole. Pour over mushroom soup. Bake until tender; a little water can be added.
