Baked Ziti With Ricotta And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. chicken stock, heated with 1 c. white wine
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1 c. freshly grated cheese (Romano, Parmesan, Asiago)
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 links Italian sausage, casings removed and meat broken into small pieces
    1/2 lb. ziti
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan,
    melt 4 tablespoons of butter and add the flour.\tStir and blend with a wire whisk and cook over medium heat for about
    2
    minutes.
    Slowly
    add
    the
    scalded chicken stock and wine
    and keep whisking.\tAllow the sauce to simmer for about 15
    minutes.\tSet
    aside.
    In
    a medium bowl, combine the Ricotta with
    half\tthe
    Asiago cheese, beaten egg and 1 tablespoon parsley;
    add
    salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well and set aside.\tIn
    a
    medium
    skillet,
    heat the oil and saute the sausage over
    medium-high
    heat for a few minutes or until done; set aside.
