Country Style Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed steak
    meat tenderizer
    Accent powder
    salt and pepper
    flour
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. flour (heaping Tbsp.)
    salt and pepper
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    steak with tenderizer, Accent, salt and pepper on both
    sides.
    Flour steak well on both sides.
    Fry steak in shortening\ton
    medium
    to\thigh heat until brown on both sides approximately
    5
    minutes
    on both sides each.
    Remove from pan and
    add
    flour,
    salt and pepper to fat in pan.
    Brown lightly stirring.
    Add
    a
    little
    extra
    shortening if necessary.\tAdd water and Worcestershire stirring until of a good gravy consistency.
    Add
    a little extra water if necessary.
    You may return steak
    to
    gravy
    and
    simmer for 20 minutes covered or you may serve separately.
