Pasta With Plum Tomatoes And Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. asparagus, cut diagonally
    1/4 c. oil
    1 small chopped onion
    2 cloves crushed garlic (translucent)
    5 chopped plum tomatoes
    1/4 c. white wine
    pinch of crushed red pepper
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. angel hair pasta
Preparation
    Blanch asparagus.
    Saute onion and garlic in oil.
    Add tomatoes and wine.
    Saute 5 minutes on low heat.
    Add red pepper and salt.
    Boil water and cook pasta.
    When finished, toss in bowl.
    Add tomato and asparagus and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
