Tuna Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk tuna, drained
1 Tbsp. tuna liquid
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs or flour
2 Tbsp. pickle relish
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into 4 patties.
Fry in hot shortening in skillet.
Brown on both sides.
