8-Minute Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Preparation

Beat cheese until smooth and then gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping and blend well.
Spoon into crust.
Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with lots of sliced, fresh strawberries to cover top. Add dollops of whipped topping on top, if desired.
