Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions, divided
Preparation
    Combine
    drained
    vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper
    and
    1/2
    of
    the onions.
    Pour into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole with cover.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for
    30 minutes.
    Top
    with
    remaining
    cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
