Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    6 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Microwave bacon 4 minutes or until crisp.
    Remove and crumble. Save drippings in pie plate.
    Spread potatoes in pie plate and microwave 6 to 7 minutes on High.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 6 to 7 minutes, turning every 3 minutes 1/4 turn. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
    Cover and microwave 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then cut into wedges.
    Makes 6 servings.
