Tart Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    3 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut margarine into flour until pea size.
    Add beaten egg, vinegar and water.
    Mix lightly with fork until forms a ball.
    Let dough rest 10 minutes.
    For this apple pie, roll out on well floured board 1/4 of the dough and place in 9-inch pie tin.
    Fill with the fruit mixture below.
