Macaroni And Cheese And Chicken(Frankie'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. shell macaroni
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken breast (or 1 can tuna)
    6 oz. Velveeta cheese
    3 oz. Parmesan cheese
    4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook
    macaroni until tender;
    drain and rinse with cold water. Cut
    chicken into bite size pieces; cook in skillet on medium heat.
    Use 1/4 cup oil.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
