Aunt Nettie Deason'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 small grated onion
    1 small grated bell pepper
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Soak cracker crumbs in milk.
    Add eggs.
    Add to meat.
    Form into small loaves and bake in greased pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. You can use catsup or mustard on top of meat loaves.
    You may use this to make meat balls for spaghetti.
    Just form balls and roll in seasoned flour and fry.
    Add to spaghetti sauce.
