Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
    2 Tbsp. instant onion
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/2 cup melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Both of these recipes are favorites at family gatherings or to take as a covered dish.
