Stuffed Giant Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    18 giant shells
    2 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. Italian dry style bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic until crumbly.
    Drain excess fat and cool.
    Stir in cheese, parsley, bread crumbs and egg.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cook shells in boiling salt water until almost tender (approximately 15 minutes).
    Drain and stuff with meat mixture.
    Spoon 1/4 of sauce into bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Put in stuffed shells, side by side.
    Pour remaining sauce over shells.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until brown and bubbly.
    Serve with more Parmesan.
