Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. country style spareribs (4 or 5 big chunks)
    1 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 onion, chopped
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    If ribs are fatty, bake with no sauce for 3/4 hour, then pour off fat before adding sauce.
    Mix together remaining ingredients. (For quicker cooking, you may heat the sauce to boiling before pouring over ribs.)
    Pour sauce over ribs in deep pan or roaster.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours (or 1 1/4 hours if already removed fat).
