Company Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, cooked carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook carrots and onion together until just tender.
    Do not overcook.
    Gently stir in the margarine, cheese and mayonnaise. Put mixture into casserole dish.
    Top with about 1 cup crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
