New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Let cream cheese set at room temperature to soften. Beat cream cheese with mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla; blend well. Add eggs one at a time and blend. Add sour cream; blend. Spread in graham cracker crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
