Fluffy Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
-
Mix milk and oil together, then add dry ingredients to make a soft ball.
Drop by spoonfuls in broth.
Cover tightly.
Simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
Do not lift cover.
Use in any kind of broth.
