Cheese Cake(Dietetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. lo-cal pineapple tidbits (reserve juice)
1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. nonfat milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
sweetener = 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sprinkle 3 tablespoons crumbs in 9-inch pan; set aside. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Add water to pineapple juice to make 3/4 cup.
Bring to a boil; stir in gelatin.
