Overnight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
5 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. bacon bits
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine lettuce, onion, celery and peas in salad bowl.
Mix well.
Mix mayonnaise and sugar in small bowl.
Spread over salad, sealing to edge of bowl.
Chill, tightly covered, for 8 hours or longer.
Top with bacon bits, eggs and cheese.
