Bebont Homemade Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes.
    Roll in flour, flatten and let sit 2 to 3 hours to dry.
    Roll into a long roll and cut 1/4 to 1/2-inch sections.
    Place into boiling broth, for instance chicken broth and boneless chicken.
    Makes a wonderful chicken noodle soup.
