Chocolate Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar (3/4 to 1 c. is probably enough)
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cocoa
1 c. cream
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Mix in order.
Heat to desired temperature.
