Raisin-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar or honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. Raisin Bran or 1 1/2 c. All-Bran and 3/4 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. shortening or vegetable oil
Preparation

Measure Raisin Bran and milk into mixing bowl.
Stir to combine.
Let stand 2 minutes until softened.
Add egg and shortening.
Beat well.
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add dry ingredients to cereal mix. Stir until well combined.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
