Oven Crusty Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Kellogg's corn flakes, crushed
    1/2 c. milk
    3 tsp. salt
    1 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen)
    4 tsp. vegetable oil or melted margarine
Preparation
    Prepare corn flakes; crush into crumbs.
    Cut fish into serving pieces about 1/4 pound for each serving.
    Combine milk and salt. Dip fish in milk, then in crumbs.
    Arrange on well-oiled baking sheet or shallow pan.
    Sprinkle fish with oil or melted margarine. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Serve with lemon, if desired.
