Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced apples
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation
    Put apples in buttered baking dish.
    Combine the cinnamon, salt and water and sprinkle over apples.
    In a separate bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar and butter.
    Scatter over top of apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream, plain cream or whipped cream.
