Pocket Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast and warm water.
    Add shortening, sugar and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add flour and salt mixture.
    Mix well.
    Place in covered bowl.
    Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Make out and let rise about 2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yields 2 dozen.
