Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mashed strawberries (fresh) or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen
    1/2 c. low-fat yogurt (plain or strawberry)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 1 1/2 minutes. Add berries and yogurt; mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients together; stir into batter.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
