Fire Cracker Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    8 to 10 corn tortillas, torn into pieces
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Discard drippings. Add chili powder, cumin and salt. Stir well. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Spoon meat mixture into 13 x 9 baking dish. Layer beans, tortillas and cheese over mixture. Spread soup on top and pour tomatoes and green chilles on top of soup. Cover baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
