Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour (whole wheat is good)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 c. plain yoghurt or sour cream
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, then add egg.
Stir in dry ingredients, adding half the flour first, then the yoghurt and then the remaining dry ingredients.
