Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 apples, peeled and quartered
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place apples in well-greased dish (use butter).
    Work together sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
    Pack over apples. If needed, add 2 tablespoons water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
