Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 to 21 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Prepare brownie mix for chewy brownies.
    Spread evenly on bottom of pan.
    Bake 35 minutes until done.
