Eight Layer Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce, shredded
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
    4 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. bacon
Preparation
    Place ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan in the order listed above.
