Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in 3 layers or large sheet pan at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
