Gourmet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. lean (85%) chopped beef
1 1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove minced garlic
3 eggs
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 can ice water (8 oz.)
Preparation

Mix eggs, bread crumbs and chopped meat thoroughly.
Add salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon each.
Saute onion and garlic until translucent.
Mix this and tomato sauce thoroughly with mixture of meat.
Lastly, add can of ice water and blend.
Place in loaf pan. Add 4 slices of thick bacon over top.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Voila!
