Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. bananas, chopped
    1 (8 oz. ) pkg. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and salad oil, stirring until ingredients are moistened.
    Do not overbeat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Pour batter into three (9-inch) cake pans, floured and greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, oleo and vanilla together.
    Add pecans.
    Ice cake.
    Keep cake stored in ice box.
    Will keep for several days.
