Water Chestnuts And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    pinch of red pepper
    pinch of salt
    1 lb. fresh or frozen zucchini
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
