Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 c. milk scalded
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    coconut
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Add sugar, salt and butter to hot milk.
    Add potatoes and some coconut in mixture.
    Put marshmallows and coconut on top of mixture.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
