Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 well beaten eggs
3 c. cooking apples, diced
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix in order given.
Use 2 (9-inch) pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
