Chicken Tarragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken, skin removed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put chicken and onion in shallow pan.
    Sprinkle with tarragon and salt to taste.
    Bake in covered pan for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0. Uncover and bake until golden brown (1/2 hour).
    Serve with wedge baked potatoes.
