Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cooking grits
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) tube garlic cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook grits in salted water. Cut cheese into small pieces and stir into hot grits and margarine. Cool. Beat eggs with milk. Fold in slowly. Add garlic salt to taste. Pour in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole. Bake 1 hour.
