Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flaked salmon or tuna
1 c. medium white sauce (recipe follows)
1/2 c. condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Add lemon juice to fish; add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
