Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    1 stick butter
    1 egg
    1 roll garlic cheese
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to rolling boil. Add grits. Cook 5 minutes.
    Add butter and garlic roll.
    Let melt.
    Beat egg in measuring cup.
    Finish filling with melted butter mixture.
    Mix in with grits.
    Pour into greased
    casserole.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
