Springerlies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. eggs (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    4 c. flour (Swans Down)
    pinch of salt
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. anise
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix well.
    If sticky, add small amount flour.
    Roll out in confectioners sugar.
    Cut and place on cookie sheet.
    Let stand overnight, covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
