Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. beef steak, cut in strips (3/4 x 2-inch)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can beef broth
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 c. sour cream
    noodles or rice
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour, salts and pepper.
    Reserve extra flour mixture.
    Brown meat in margarine; add onions and mushrooms.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in reserved flour.
    Gradually add broth, Worcestershire and catsup.
    Bring to boil; add sour cream.
    Heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
