Peanut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 large egg, separate yolk from white
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. roasted, unsalted peanuts, chopped
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy.
    Beat in egg yolk, vanilla and salt.
    Gradually beat in flour until blended.
    Wrap dough and chill 1 hour.
