Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1 lb. shredded American cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package.
    Drain.
    Set aside.
    Melt oleo in large heavy saucepan.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir to blend.
    Slowly add milk; cook over medium heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
    Add macaroni. Pour into 8 x 7-inch greased casserole dish.
    Top with more cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
