Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. grated carrots*
    1 c. raisins*
    1/2 c. walnuts*
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
    Blend in carrots, raisins and nuts, mixing well after each.
    Bake in round pan or 2 loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
