Oven Smoked Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless brisket (about 5 lb.)
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    2 oz. liquid smoke
    1 (13 oz.) bottle Woody's cooking sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket roast generously with celery salt and garlic salt.
    Rub well with liquid smoke.
    Seal in foil and refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, without opening, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. reduce heat to 275\u00b0 and cook for three more hours.
    Chill sauce; remove fat.
    Reheat sauce and serve with brisket.
    Cut brisket on bias.
    Brisket is always moist and tender and is great for sandwiches.
