Banana Nut Bread(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana, mashed
    2 eggs, separated
    artificial sweetener to equal 1 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    6 Tbsp. grits
    1 Tbsp. nut extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all together, beating egg whites and folding in later. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves two.
    Equals 1 fruit serving, 1 choice group, 8 ounces skim milk and 1 egg.
