Christmas Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 tsp. sugar
    5 c. milk
    3 to 4 tsp. flavoring (vanilla, almond)
Preparation
    Separate eggs, placing whites in a large bowl.
    Beat whites until soft peaks form.
    Add egg yolks and beat well.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add milk and flavoring.
    Beat well. Whip cream and fold gently into eggnog.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 16.
