Pork And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 stalk celery
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 green pepper
    1 large chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides. Remove chops.
    Cook onion, celery and green pepper until tender.
    Add tomatoes, salt, sugar, Tabasco sauce and bay leaf. Cover and cook.
    Serve over 1 1/2 cups long grain cooked rice.
